The IPI Online store was created to provide members with access to exclusive discount prices to the IPI educational offerings that are not included in your membership subscription.

As a subscriber, you get unlimited access to more than 190 online courses that include courses that earn CUSP points and video replays! If you want to view all of the content you get free access to with your membership, go here. 

IPI also develops and provides other educational content, such as live webinar series and comprehensive online courses designed to train on specific subjects that require in-depth instruction. For example, our Frontline Online course is a 20-hour course that offers training on leadership...or a 7-part webinar series featuring Jim Vaughn discussing grounding. Although these courses are not included in your subscription, you do get exclusive discount prices to these premium offerings!

Why aren't the premium courses offered in the IPI Online store not included in my subscription already?

We partner with industry experts and develop in-depth learning solutions that offer comprehensive training on specific subjects. This content requires significant development investment as well as financial agreements with third-party providers. As such, these premium offerings are not offered as part of the free catalog of content you receive as a subscriber. While these premium offerings are not included in your subscription, your membership does provide you with free access to 190+ video-driven online courses that you have unlimited access to!



If I buy an IPI Online premium course, how long do I have access to that course? 

When you buy an IPI Online course, you get unlimited access to that course for as long as that course is available online. We typically only remove course content if the content in it is deemed outdated or inaccurate. For example, if an OSHA standard on fall protection changes, we would retire courses that provide insight into OSHA fall protection prior to that change happening. For live webinar series, we typically provide access to video replays up to 30 days after the live webinar series ends
. 

Do I have to have an IPI membership subscription to retain access to a premium course purchase?

No. If your IPI Online membership expires, you will lose access to the 190+ courses available in the catalog, as well as the access to discounted pricing on premium courses. However, you will retain access to the premium course purchase for as long as the course is online. 



After I purchase an IPI Online premium course, where do I go to access it?

After you purchase a premium course from the IPI Online store, it will be added to your "My Courses" tab section on your dashboard. You can reach your dashboard by going here.
